Thinking Innovation through the Interactions between Science, Culture and Society
The relationship between science, culture, and society shapes the understanding of the world we live in. This relationship plays a primordial role in the perception of technological changes, the awareness of societal concerns, or the responsibilities national and local governments face to ensure a sustainable human future. The way social relations mediate and distribute access to knowledge intersect with and inform our sense of ourselves. Thinking Innovation through the Interactions between Science, Culture and Society explores the dynamics that exist between science, culture, and society in the past and present time.
